The Role:

We currently have casual opportunities for team focused Housekeepers to join our team at South West Rocks Holiday Resorts.

What you will do:

• General cleaning of cabins, villas and facilities
• Cleaning of bathrooms and all mirrors
• Changing of linen and bedding
• Vacuuming, mopping and sweeping of outdoor and indoor areas
• Spot cleaning
• The cleaning of furnishings and fittings
• Completing room checklists
• Advising of any maintenance or WHS issues

These casual positions will offer approximately 20 hours per week. The successful candidate must have the flexibility to work a roster across a fortnight including some weekends and public holidays.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures
• Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" approach
• Be hardworking, energetic and enthusiastic
• Maintain a reasonable level of physical fitness (this is a physically demanding role).

Primary purpose of the role: 

Responsible to deliver patient centred care within the hemodialysis setting in accordance with organisational core values / standards of practice and codes and guidelines as set out by APHRA. To provide support to the Management Team by participating in the clinical, management, education and quality activities of staff and patients within the clinic.
