ABOUT THE ROLE As an Open Pit – Excavator Operator you will be part of a passionate team working a lifestyle DIDO roster, 8:6 days; 7:7 nights. This permanent opportunity will report to the Mining Supervisor and be a vital member of our Mining team. ABOUT YOU An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential. The ability to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills, including reasonable literacy and numeracy skills. A minimum of 12 months machinery operating experience on an open mine.
