Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the candidate will be responsible for driver/sub-contractor online training, co-ordination, and planning. This role is also responsible for maintaining compliance related records, in addition to 00% compliance across all PE Altona North fleets.

• Ensuring all contractors are enrolled in online compliance training and complete courses allocated.

• Manage weekly compliance reports reporting to State Management Team.

• Manage daily contractor fatigue reports.

• Conducting Annual contractor vehicle inspections

• Entering all relevant master data and creating new contractor profiles.

• Assist/advise managers and other members of the operations team to ensure contractor compliance.

• Ensure the correct use of company systems to correctly pay contractors and charge customers.

• Liaising with Financial Reporting Team (revenue assurance/payables) where appropriate.

• Ensure all required reporting is correct and on time.

• Daily audit all subcontractor compliance records as set by State Operations Managers and Recruitment & Training Co-ordinators.

• Other task as set from time to time by Fleet Resources Manager or State Manager.

Skills & Experience

• Experience with restraining loads in accordance with National Transport Commission’s Load Restraint Guidelines desirable.

About the role

Team Global Express is seeking a Trade Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanics for our modern workshop at Eastern Creek.

As a qualified Heavy vehicle mechanic, you will bring your extensive experience of vehicle preventative maintenance and repairs to our fleet.

Vehicles within our fleet include Mercedes Benz, Kenworth, Volvo, Isuzu, Fuso, Freightliner, and multiple trailer manufacturers.

Overall Purpose of the Job

To manage and plan the pickup/delivery resources of the TGE Palletised Express Branch located at Altona North. The role will be responsible for supporting the Fleet Supervisors / Fleet Manager to ensure the safety, operational and financial performance of the transport operation. The overall performance will be dependent on the Fleet Controller maintaining systems and standards to ensure compliance with the TGE way.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate driver workforce planning and execute the day-to-day pickup/delivery tasks and maintaining customer expected DIFOT

• Support the operation on a day-to-day basis by making operational decisions based on the overall business objectives and coordinating available resources to ensure cost effectiveness

• Learn other functions of the fleet office to support the TGE Palletised Express Fleet team when others are absent

• Ensure all staff on site are appropriately inducted and trained by coordinating with the onsite compliance coordinator to ensure all staff have been trained appropriately before commencing duties

• Co-ordinate with other fleet controllers, general pickups and delivery requirements on an ADHOC basis with OSH partners

• Ensure that all administration systems, procedures and policies are understood and followed so as to ensure integrity of the financial reporting system and protection of the Company’s legal/financial and statutory position.

• Be responsible for providing daily reporting to TGE Intermodal customer base regarding delivery/pickup performance

• Maintain a basic understanding and working knowledge of all legislative compliance requirements (inclusive of environmental) that impact the business (training will provided where required)

• Ensure that site WHS is adhered to by conducting regular safety conversations, toolbox meeting, identifying and escalating hazards

• Ensuring appropriate use of driver TDA units to accurately track driver fatigue and movements

• Incident Management System – ensure preliminary incident reporting is entered in TRAC within a 24 hour period and escalated appropriately

• Work closely with the Fleet Supervisors / Manager to ensure service issues are rectified in a timely manner and provide support to the customer where required to ensure strong execution of service.

• Participate and drive the planning, tracking, forecasting, analysis and reporting on cost and schedule information for projects and programs of varying size and complexity.

• Manage the Relationship with the “Eco-System” of Client Partners (Local & Global)

• Tertiary qualification in either a construction, project management, architecture or business related discipline
• Significant experience gained within a project management capacity, ideally with exposure to both small to large scale fit-out/refurb works in the corporate sector

We are looking to appoint a professional and dedicated Junior Accountant to our Finance team in our Maroochydore Head Office on a full time basis. An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Manager / Coordinator to join our Middle East, Asia & Pacific (MEAPAC) Talent & Culture Team.

This role is responsible for providing support to the Vice President – Organisational Effectiveness and Strategy, MEA PAC and the broader T&C team on strategic projects that align to our ambition of becoming a world-class provider of services and support for our Team Members and Hotels.

Initially commencing on a full time 6-month contract, this role will act as the project lead for our administration and process workstreams, supporting the project by setting deadlines, coordinating resources and stakeholders, assigning responsibilities and monitoring the overall program of change whilst producing consistent documentation and templates to support the growth of the MEAPAC region.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities.

· Coordinate and collate policy, procedure, documentation and templates as it pertains to Talent & Culture across our region to establish best practice.

· Creation of consistent forms, templates and branding to ensure one harmonised way of working.

· Drive the digitisation process of forms in collaboration with IT / OneHR team to support optimised processes across the 3 hubs;

· Document and map the processes as it pertains to Talent & Culture across the 3 hubs with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline or optimise as required;

· In collaboration with the Digital T&C solutions team, support the roll out of a SharePoint site including the creation of documentation, training material or content as required;

· Prepare presentations for T&C leadership team to support projects;

The Cyber Security team provides governance, audit, control, and operational Cyber Security capabilities to support business and operational objectives of Nine group. Minimising friction and managing appropriate risk are key tenets of the team.  The Security team works closely with the Security Cloud Practice, Product Engineering, Network and Infrastructure and Services teams to collaboratively manage cyber controls.

As the Application Support Engineer, Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA), you will be responsible for managing the identity systems, services and environments.  This is an important role within the cyber security team and will provide an opportunity for someone to contribute to a significant uplift in Nines security posture.  This is a permanent full time opportunity. 

Key accountabilities of this role is to 

• Be accountable for providing the operational support of Nine's identity and access management (IDAM) systems and assist with their ongoing deployment.

• Identify ways to improve performance and stability of the services and applications through continuous improvement and automation.

• Collaborate with Nines IDAM stakeholders and contribute to the deployment and improvement plans for the Identity roadmap.

• Work closely with the SOC, functional and technical teams to provide timely resolution of level 2 and 3 identity related incidents and problems.

• Work with application owners to assess and prioritise their readiness to be on-boarded to the identity and access management system and lead the onboarding.

• Perform user access reviews to ensure the principle of least privilege is enforced throughout the organisation.

• Work closely with the cyber risk team to enforce access control policies, standards and guidelines.

The Cyber Security team provides governance, audit, control, and operational Cyber Security capabilities to support business and operational objectives of Nine group. Minimising friction and managing appropriate risk are key tenets of the team.  The Security team works closely with the Security Cloud Practice, Product Engineering, Network and Infrastructure and Services teams to collaboratively manage cyber controls.

The Cybersecurity Education and Change Lead plays a critical role in ensuring Nine’’s cybersecurity posture is robust by leading the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs and facilitating a culture of security awareness and compliance. This role combines expertise in cybersecurity with effective change management strategies to enhance Nine’'s ability to protect sensitive information and mitigate cyber threats.

Key accountabilities of this role is to: 

• Develop and maintain cyber security training curriculum that aligns with best practices, regulatory requirements and Nine’s business needs

• Create training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and workshops to educate employees on cybersecurity concepts, policies and procedures

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and relevant

• Plan and conduct cybersecurity training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for employees at various levels

• Manage red and purple team penetration test exercises and supplier management

• Utilise a variety of training methods, such as in-person sessions, webinars, and online courses, to engage and educate employees

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics

• Develop and implement a cybersecurity change management strategy to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.

• Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and address barriers to cybersecurity adoption and adherence to policies

SIXT Australia is on the lookout for Casual Vehicle Detailers to join the team on the Sunshine Coast.   

As a Vehicle Detailer, you’ll meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards, exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the successful daily operation of the location.   

Your key responsibilities will include:    

• Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer   
• Refuelling or recharging vehicles as required 
• Conducting basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks 
• Inspecting and recording vehicle damage   
• Moving vehicles around the location and between sites 
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area 

As our Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing incoming sales inquiries and converting them into successful business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying all incoming sales department phone calls and directing them to the appropriate sales representative based on the size and type of event.
• Monitoring the sales enquiry inbox and promptly actioning or distributing leads to the appropriate sales representative.
• Working reactively to convert leads and opportunities for group business, such as meetings, weddings, sporting and leisure groups.
• Assisting the proactive sales team in preparing proposals and contracts for clients, utilizing Opera Sales and Catering and ANAIS.
• Participating in prospecting research to identify new opportunities and conducting market research to source new meetings, conferences, and group business.
• Supporting the proactive sales team with confirming new business, including site inspections, quotes, contracts, and inquiries.
• Conducting regular market analysis to stay informed about trends.
• Having a complete understanding of the hotel’s sales vision, products, services, and rate structure to fulfill business objectives.
• Maintaining and building relationships with existing customers to ensure their business is retained.
• Assisting in managing the smooth running of the sales department through adequate and timely support.
