Based in our North Sydney office, this highly valued role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your administration & accounts background. You'll be supporting a dynamic team on an exciting portfolio within a collaborative environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes.
- Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database.
- Validation and review of lease documents.
- Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates.
- Administer accounts payable and receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses.
- General liaison with client and suppliers.
