About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced animator with a specialisation in anime-style animation to join a long-term project for a fan-animated film titled Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Wrath of the Foot. The project involves crafting intense, dynamic fight scenes while also conveying emotional depth through character animation. The animator will collaborate closely with our team, drawing inspiration from concept art to ensure a cohesive and visually compelling story. Part of the project will require the animator’s presence in Adelaide, Australia, though remote collaboration will be possible for much of the work. The project timeline is up to two years.

The Client Services Manager will join our Ticketek team based in Adelaide. The role will work closely with clients from SA’s most prestigious venues, stadiums and clubs ticketing world-class sporting and entertainment events. 

As a Client Services Manager you will ensure each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts. You will liaise directly with our clients as well as various internal departments such as marketing, web, technology and finance to ensure our clients maintain a high level of service delivery.

As Client Services Manager, your role will include:

• Client Relationships: Partnering with Clients to discuss event ticketing build requirements and time frames. Delivering accurate event builds. Providing timely and concise reporting and insights
• Event Operations: Build and maintain events within the Ticketing System as well as manage ticketing operations on event day
• Event Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with internal and external leads to ensure marketing and promotional strategies are implemented ahead of time and fulfilled as planned
• Business Development: Work with the State Manager and your team to innovate and provide value-added services and solutions to Clients that increase ticket sales and build brand and event profile

About the role

About you

• Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably within a digital media, or B2B partnerships role

• Advanced Powerpoint, Excel and Word Skills
• Experience managing workflows through Monday.com would be highly desirable

The Role

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join us in our mission to change the pet wellness game, and help our furry friends live out their best lives. Sitting within our Strategy team, this role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Lyka’s executive team and play a pivotal part in shaping the future vision for Lyka, and the roadmap to get there.

You will support the CEO and executive team in achieving our strategic objectives. You'll oversee our company wide strategic planning, manage special projects, and ensure effective communication across departments and within the executive team.

What you’ll do:

Strategic roadmap and planning

• Work closely with the VP of Strategy and leadership team to shape Lyka’s vision and long-term strategy, covering new products, channels, markets, and capabilities, as well as the operational investment required to meet these strategic demands. Help to define the rollout of the Strategic Roadmap process across the organisation.
• Partner with the executive team to operationalise company visions and goals to medium-to-long term forecasts, and short term actions to ensure these are met.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning process alongside the executive team, ensuring alignment between budgets and forecast to operationalise our strategy.
• Ad hoc special projects support for strategy team as capacity allows.

Executive team and board operations

• Drive the agenda of the Lyka executive team (weekly meetings and monthly offsites), ensuring they are focused on the most critical topics and decisions.
• Review and work with the executives to revise key materials and updates to the broader executive team, full company, and board.
• Support the CEO and COO in coordinating skip-level catch ups and providing other ad hoc support.
• Support the preparation of board materials (including board resolutions).

Company-wide governance support

• Drive the agenda, coordination and preparation of our company-wide all hands meeting and other company wide comms.
• Set and ensure best practices around internal communications.
• Support improvement and maintenance of company-wide resources and documentation.

• 3+ years' professional experience, preferably with top-tier strategy or management consulting co, or within a fast growth start up, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.
• High commercial and strategic acumen, with a strong attention to detail.
• A can-do attitude and a bias to action; exceptional organisation skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Confident and clear communication, along with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience working closely with senior leaders and executive teams.
• Extremely proficient in MS Office tools (including PowerPoint) and able to learn new tools / system.

About the Role

Reporting to our Group General Counsel, and working closely with other legal team members and key business partners, you will:

• Draft contracts with artists/athletes, talent managers, agents, venues, partners, sponsors and suppliers according to specific client needs
• Provide robust legal support to underpin commercial outcomes and develop strong business partnering relationships
• Advise on the regulatory environment and legislative changes including intellectual property law, consumer law and privacy/data protection
• Identify and escalate legal and compliance issues and risks
• Assist in liaising with external providers and regulatory agencies, as needed
• Champion TEG’s policies and business practices with a continuous improvement mindset
• Foster a culture of continuous learning through professional development and sharing this knowledge within the team
• Develop and deliver preventative measures including training programs, checklists & templates 
• Assist with management of our extensive intellectual property portfolio
• Identify and escalate legal issues and risks, ensuring adherence to our Group policies and processes
• Support the team on M&A, company secretarial governance and other strategic business projects, as needed.

About You

• Admitted as a legal practitioner in NSW (or other Australian State)
• Up to 2 years’ experience within a corporate/commercial department of a large law firm and/or similar in-house experience, preferably within a consumer service provider, e-commerce/technology or live entertainment business
• Excellent commercial acumen and plain English drafting and communication skills
• Comfortable prioritising workload and operating in a fast paced corporate environment; multi-tasking is a must and you need to be organised, highly efficient and able to push multiple projects forward at the same time
• Highly engaging and personable, supportive of your team and all stakeholders
• Naturally curious with a strong desire to learn and develop your professional skills
• Results-focused with a bias towards action and achievement, you have a clear drive and passion to succeed and can demonstrate professional commitment and use of initiative without prompting
• Continuous improvement mindset to find innovative ways to work and resolve problems
• Confidence liaising directly with a wide range of stakeholders
