Duties and Responsibilities:
*Carry out all carpentry at client sites including renovations, extensions and maintenance carpentry.
*Install framework, walls, doors, windows, roofing, cladding and interior finishes.
*Fitout work, skirting, install doors, locks, architraves.
*Adept at reading plans and drawings to plan sequences of work and material requirements.
*Work unsupervised and have excellent attention to detail.
*Have respectful conversations with clients, with excellent self-presentation.
*Positive and proactive attitude.
Qualification and Experience:
Cert III in Carpentry, including 2 years of on-the-job training, or Cert IV in Carpentry.
2 years’ post-qualification relevant work experience is essential.
3 years’ of relevant experience may substitute the need for having formal qualification.
