We’re Hiring a Retail Manager!
Joy Nuts is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our retail division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual who has a passion for retail management and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage store operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and stock management.
2. Team leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff, providing guidance and motivation to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
3. Inventory control: Monitor stock levels, order merchandise, and maintain inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained without overstocking.
4. Sales and performance management: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the team meets set targets.
5. Customer service excellence: Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service, addressing any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
6. Visual merchandising: Create visually appealing store layouts and product displays that attract customers and enhance their shopping experience.
7. Financial management: Manage the store’s financial performance by controlling expenses, setting budgets, and ensuring profitability.
8. Compliance and safety: Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Minimum two years of proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in a food retail or specialty product environment.
2. AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in retail management or other relevant field.
3. Solid understanding of retail management principles, including sales performance, inventory control, and financial management.
4. Full working rights in Australia.
