Akiras cafe & restaurant is looking for a experienced sous chef who has the knowledge of Global cuisine. we are a multi cuisine cafe and restaurant so the chef should be confident with his cooking and communication skills. we expect our chefs to take customers feedback. also this role is hands on, with mostly working independently, Chef is expected to honest and reliable. Must come up with new chefs specials and assist Head chef in menu planning and design, Same time should be responsible for all ordering, stock take and general kitchen duties and cleanliness.
