We are looking for farm hands to work on our macadamia orchard at Beerwah, Qld. We are seeking someone self-motivated, has a strong safety focus, and enjoys working outdoors. Reporting to the Area Manager – Southern Orchards, you will be responsible for:

• Working in the de-husking shed to de-husk and sort harvested nuts prior to shipping them to the processor
• All aspects of farm work
• Operating farming machinery
• Assisting with the herbicide and pesticide application
• Contributing to a positive and productive working environment

• You will hold a C-class driver's license (essential)
• You will have experience working on a farm (preferred)
• You will be flexible, reliable, and available to work hours which may vary to meet operational demands (with potential for Saturday work)
• A positive, can-do attitude is essential
• A holder of a Chemical Users Certificate (preferred but not essential)
• Certificate II or III in Rural Studies or Horticulture or Agriculture (preferred but not essential)

About the role

About the role

As an Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for Level 2 Application and Technical Support of Global Payments production applications and services. This role will have a particular focus on acquiring and scheme related transactional support activities, among other highly integrated payment support systems and processes.

What you’ll do   

As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Recording Cybersecurity current state and providing appropriate advice to support improvements to the organisation’s cybersecurity posture.

What you’ll bring  

You will bring at least 3 years Cybersecurity experience, ideally from within a managed service provider. You will possess a good understanding of ICT security policy in both federal government and commercial settings. Ideally, you will have a good command of the federal government standards and controls from the Information Security Manual (ISM) and more broadly the PSPF. You will be passionate about Cybersecurity and committed to making a customer’s environment safe and secure.

We are currently seeking 3 x Diesel Fitter and/or Mechanic to join the team on a Permanent Full Time basis as Shore-Based Engineers within our Maintenance Team. This role is based at our Workshop in Airlie Beach working Monday to Friday between 7am and 3:30pm.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role assists in the mechanical maintenance of vessels, pontoon, vehicles, tenders, outboards, air-conditioning, refrigeration, davits and lifting systems.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Diagnose system problems as and when they occur
• Accurately maintain logs and work orders through to job completion and sign off
• Adherence with SOPS, Marine Memos, operational procedures and WHS requirements
• Follow the scheduled maintenance program for all mechanical, electrical, air control, safety equipment on a regular basis on the vessels, tenders, pontoon, etc.
• Maintenance of main and auxiliary engines, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders (rams), water pumps, ventilation systems, under water running gear and any other mechanical
• Maintenance of emergency generators, emergency steering and firefighting systems to ensure compliance in line with legislation.
• Interactive use of HELM (Asset Management System) and upkeep of maintenance requests;
• Completion of ad hoc maintenance tasks and repairs where there are mechanical and non mechanical issues arising, under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager.

We are looking for a casual farm hand to work on our existing macadamia orchards and developments across multiple properties in the Maryborough region. If you are a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for safety and a passion for outdoor work, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Orchard Manager, you will be responsible for:
• All aspects of farm work
• Contributing to the development and installation of irrigation systems
• Operating farming machinery
• Assisting with the herbicide and pesticide application
• Contributing to a positive and productive working environment.

• You will hold a C class drivers licence (essential) 
• You will be flexible, reliable, and available to work hours which may vary to meet operational demands (with potential for Saturday work)
• A positive, can-do attitude is essential
• You will have experienced working on a farm (preferred but not essential)
• A holder of a Chemical Users Certificate (preferred but not essential)
• Certificate II or III in Rural Studies or Horticulture or Agriculture (preferred but not essential)

• Award hourly rates with paid overtime in accordance with the Horticulture Award
