Fortnightly one-on-one meeting with the Director to focus on what you want to develop – whether that’s clinical reasoning or clinical skills, leadership and mentoring, or personal development.
Structured 90 day induction with weekly meetings and support from team to set you up to succeed in private practice.
Weekly team case reviews over a coffee to discuss tricky clients and workshop multidisciplinary solutions together.
With our focus on ongoing growth we annually contribute $1000 to clinical professional development for full time employment and also remunerate for 20 hours spent pursuing external CPD.

You will work closely with Physiotherapists, Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Podiatrists in clinical rooms and our well equipped on-site gym in a primarily musculoskeletal role. Areas of clinical practice will typically include:
Sporting injuries
Gym based rehabilitation, strength & conditioning
Workplace injuries & MVA accidents
Neurological conditions
Pre/post operation rehabilitation
Functional assessments
Assisting in marketing initiatives
Liaison with GP’s, Specialists, & Plan Managers
