We are sourcing a Senior Consultant - Strategy Execution to support the Head of Strategy Execution, to ensure that the initiatives and investment decisions align to AIA Australia’s strategic priorities and the initiative’s benefits are realised.

To do this optimally you will:

• Support the operation of the Strategic Investment Committee (SIC), which comprises of the CEO, CSIDO, CFO, CTO and CRO

• Rollout and ongoing management of the enterprise-wide benefits management framework
• Review business cases and be a collaborative challenger to ensure high-quality cases for discussion by SIC

• Work with Executives, Program Sponsors and Project Managers to ensure benefits outlined in the cases are strategically aligned, measurable and assessable
• Develop the consolidated view of strategic investment costs, benefits, critical metrics and project outcomes for the senior leadership
• Collaborate across the organisation to challenge and influence a wide range of partners
• Work optimally with the senior executives from Group Office (Hong Kong).

As a Pastry Chef, you will play an integral part of the kitchen team in the day to day operations of the kitchen. Client Relationship Management

• Ongoing management of client/customer relationships
• Develop Novated Lease customers
• Assist Business Development Managers with new client implementation including engagement strategy
• Presenting employee education sessions with relevant clients
• Conduct marketing initiatives such as site consults and webinars
• Identify new opportunities within current customer base through business reviews
• Develop, build and maintain personal client/customer relationships

Administration and Documentation

• Ensure up to date electronic records of client/customer visits within systems
• Manage aspects of customers for optimum return to both customer and FleetPartners
• Ensure all system data is up to date and with relevant and ongoing information
• Ensure all customer meetings are completed with a follow up note within 24 hours outlining action points and summarising outcomes
• Ensure Strategic Reviews are completed for all Focus clients
• Responsibly and proactively manage all ad hoc responsibilities

Communication

• Ensure optimum communication across all clients

• Use electronic diaries to effectively manage and communicate time
• Conduct regular client visits

Our highly valued Service Centre Team are the nerve-centre of the TOMRA operation across NSW and Australia. From monitoring our systems to minimise downtime, coordinating onsite maintenance and repairs, they also provide our Australian customers a great experience with queries and complaints.

This is a full time role in a business that operates 7 days a week. Our Service Centre is operational between the hours of 7:00am - 10:00pm daily.

You will be located in the TOMRA Sydney office in St Leonards and will work on a shift-based roster.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator supports the Project Management Office with the planning and fit out of TOMRA Reverse Vending Bulk Depots (RVBD) in NSW, to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.  

The Project Coordinator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating project documentation, monitoring project progress and co-ordinating communications to the wider project team. This position will play a key role in assessing proposed sites for safety, functionality and certifying that they meet the correct site requirements for business needs and for building certification – working with architects and external consultants.  

A key element of this role is stakeholder management, including, liaising with vendors, contractors, local councils, consultants, and internal stakeholders within the Operations department. The Project Coordinator will also assist the Project Manager by providing on the ground support with the progression of projects and mobilisation of installations. 

This is a fixed term contract role until Feburary 2025

Some other duties the Project Coordinator may perform:

• Work with the Project Manager and Property Agents to ensure Site Assessment Reports are circulated and reviewed in a timely manner, collating and actioning feedback received from the wider team 
• Conduct site visits when required  
• Project Admin - Meeting Minutes, Site Assessment Reports, safety documents, Town Planning applications/permits, Certification, process invoices, effective handover to Contracts and Operations team, O & M manuals 
• Contract Admin – obtain and collate quotes, prepare contracts, review progress claims, prepare tender reports,   
• Reporting - Coordination of project updates to wider project team, high level status reporting, escalation reports 
• Stakeholder Management – seek and clarify information between stakeholders, assist in resolving technical and non-technical project issues, effectively and professionally foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
• Assist in managing contractors to ensure they are working safely, efficiently and to budget 
• Perform additional tasks as reasonably requested by the PMO  
• Travel across NSW as required  

• Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly.
• Input Telephone, Faxed or Emailed orders directly into the system.
• Assist customers with pricing enquiries, stock availability, forecasting and forward orders.
• Liaise with freight providers for delivery status on orders and proof of delivery (POD’s).
• Liaise with Branch Logistics regarding Colour Tinting and Pigments.
• Liaise with Branch Logistics for Stock Replenishment, Branch to Branches and Manufacturing.
• Liaise with Branch Logistics and Customers to process Back Orders and non-collected orders.
• Monitor Back Order Lines and Open Sales Order Lines daily.
• Attend to Counter Sales (direct customers only) promptly.
• Process all orders prior to cut off time.
• Co-ordinate admixture deliveries, as per schedule.
• Provide basic level of Technical Assistance to Customers.
• Process Invoices and Credits.
• Open incoming mail and distribute accordingly by 10:00am.
• Replenish literature on a monthly basis.
• Ensure all filing is done on a daily basis.
• Ensure invoices are posted to customers on a daily basis.
• Provide assistance to the Customer Service Supervisor, Technical Representatives, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales Team.
• Prepare Overnight bags (if applicable).
• Work as directed by Customer Service Supervisor.
