Position Details: Job title: Baker Employer: Kirrana Pty Ltd Location: Kirrawee, NSW 2232 40 hours per week Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year plus superannuation BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Preparation and production of quality bakery products. Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough. Mixing, scaling and dividing dough as required. Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods. Operating machines and tools to prepare bakery products. Decorating cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings. Maintaining a cleanliness of machines, tools and premises and abide by company policies and procedures in relation to WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) and Food Safety to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors. Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times, etc. Adhere to our strict HACCP protocols Punctuality and reliability a must. Good communication skills.
