The Assistant Workplace Manager plays a pivotal role within our Workplace Management Services Team on site with our client partner. This role works closely with the Workplace Manager and National Workplace Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional tenancy support and uphold the highest standards of workplace efficiency and productivity. This position requires a proactive approach to service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to service level agreements and key performance indicators.

• Supervise the delivery of the corporate/workplace support services with particular focus on space management, meeting room use and space presentation.
• Deliver best-in-class client and employee workplace experiences.
• Oversee day to day operational aspects of Service Desk operations, mail room, events, and reception.
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the tenancy.
• Ensure the delivery of contracted Workplace services in line with SLAs/KPIs.
• Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service satisfaction and strategic delivery of operational requirements
• Support to develop a vibrant and prominent workplace management services team which demonstrates proactivity, responsiveness, flexibility, and engagement.
• Accountable for the immaculate presentation of the workplace. Continuous monitoring of the space, equipment and furnishings while supporting the team who deliver this service.
• Alignment in operational considerations across varied client requirements, showing the Team the way forward through organisational effectiveness and integration in conjunction with the National Team Lead.

In this position it will be critical to own events from beginning to end ensuring all events are “next level” while following logistical procedures, checking that all factors are accounted for, aligning, and collaborating with multiple departments, vendors, contractors, and agencies. Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to -

• Strong customer service and executive interaction experience
• Ability to multitask many events and projects at one time  
• Organise logistics, from beginning to end, for customer facing meetings, company-wide events, and IBP programs
• Pre, onsite and post event logistic management to ensure corresponding policies with supporting documents for each event if and when required.
• Co-manage event intake forms, correspondence with IBPs and management of ticketing queue including assigned tickets

• Support, manage and mentor multiple engineering teams across varied game development specialties
• Define and maintain the engineering team structure, career growth, and expertise, with a view towards long-term strategic goals
• Advise the local director group on technical topics impacting the team
• Analyze feature requests for viability, completeness, risks and dependencies
• Collaborate with a distributed engineering team in multiple locations
• Pro-actively address issues blocking the team, providing them with the tools to work effectively
• Ensure high standards of development across the local engineering team's work, including meeting all applicable coding standards
• Ensure the team works within the constraints of the existing game engine to meet performance, quality and maintainability benchmarks
• Promote and communicate the team's work across the entire project
• Help the team troubleshoot complex issues across the entire game pipeline
• Maintain a collaborative and creative spirit in your teams
• Seek innovative solutions to problems, and challenge the team to aim high
