The Role

To ensure you will get our full support and training for the role, we will get you started in an office-based model and move to a hybrid model between our Bentley, WA, head office and home office.

In this role, you will interact with and support Bega Group customers, including Cafes, bakeries, hospitals, aged care, hotels, and local trades, to spread our unique products across Perth Metro.

Responsibilities 

• Drive increased distribution of Bega products throughout designated territory customers. 
• Achieve volume growth, sales & activity achievement goals within the designated territory.
• Identifying business opportunities and meeting distribution targets.
• Achieving daily outbound calls target through selling promotions & deals across our range.
• Partnering with state-based Territory Managers to drive growth in allocated regions.
• Building & maintaining trusting relationships with customers.

The opportunity:

We are sourcing a Senior Consultant - Strategy Execution to support the Head of Strategy Execution, to ensure that the initiatives and investment decisions align to AIA Australia’s strategic priorities and the initiative’s benefits are realised.

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the execution of ambitious critical initiatives and to help build the capability of the relatively new Strategy Execution function. As the Principal Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role as an Electrical subject matter expert contributing to a major engineering project and supporting with technology development and equipment integration capabilities by:

• Collaborating and interfacing with the wider Alcoa network of Electrical and Power Subject Matter Experts. 

• Delivering turnover requirements to support operational readiness for Pilot/ prototype plants and any FEED package associated with ROF.

The opportunity:

We are sourcing an Executive Assistant to join our collaborative team at AIA in Melbourne – St Kilda Road. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective executive administrative support to two ExCo members. About the Role:

Our Wagerup Refinery is currently searching for a Senior Civil Co-ordinator / Engineer in a fulltime permanent capacity working a Monday to Friday roster. This role reports directly to the Senior Asset Integrity Consultant for the successful implementation of the site-specific civil infrastructure maintenance works program. Civil infrastructure includes concrete items including bunds, slabs, and structural supports; foundation earthworks, structural steel, chimney stacks, building structures and cladding, road pavements, train rail tracks, potable water piping, tank shells, storm water drainage and sewers.

The key strategic objectives for the role include:

• Implementation of agreed civil infrastructure maintenance program including program budget and schedule planning, scope definition/documentation, service order quotation and contract item via purchase order award with service contractors.

• Management of competitively bid maintenance contracts, including development of tender documentation, monitoring, and assessment of work scope progress against budget, quality criteria and schedule.

• Ensuring that Workmanship, Inspection and Testing Plans for maintenance works are in place.

• Ensuring progress in accordance with contract item sums (TBE, lump sum, etc.) and schedule.

• Controlling extra work items within agreed budget and schedule.

• Coordination, supervision and reporting on all items of agreed civil maintenance works, including management of work front contractors and sub-contractors.

About the Role

In this newly created position, you will take the lead on joint development programs between Relectrify and our customers to drive smarter, faster, and more effective delivery of technical solutions to customers as they develop energy storage products with Relectrify CellSwitch™ technology.

As the S&OP Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and governing group-wide demand and supply planning and forecasting models. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Operations Planning, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of key objectives and uphold a high standard of service to the sales, operations, and finance teams.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in supply chain or analytics to broaden their expertise in demand and supply planning, while driving process improvements and facilitating commercial trade-off decisions.

• Understand, maintain, and optimize planning models, updating calculations and creating/maintaining dashboards as needed.

A vacancy exists for the position of Mechanical (Fitter and Turner) Tradesperson, within the Maintenance team at Portland Aluminium.  Reporting to a Maintenance Supervisor, this position may be day shift or 12 hour rotating shift roster.

Our Mechanical Trades people safely perform and coordinate Mechanical maintenance work, including:

• preparation of work scopes
• isolations
• handover to and from operations
• completion of work activities
• commissioning, and
• initial running checks and alignments.

As a Mechanical Tradesperson at our Portland Smelter you will liaise with internal and external work parties to safely complete tasks to required quality and service levels.

You will optimise the performance of the process and equipment by installing, repairing, commissioning and testing equipment and components. Key to your success is the effective and efficient completion of tasks whilst upholding our environmental, health and safety standards.

Trades people utilise their skills, technical knowledge and methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, and may also direct contractors and audit work quality.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our team at Portland Aluminium.

As a Planner at our Portland Smelter, you are responsible for maximising maintenance and process effectiveness and efficiency by planning all scheduled activities prior to the commencement of a job. This involves safely integrating manufacturing and financial requirements into an effective Maintenance Plan.

The Maintenance Planner strives to continuously improve productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through effective planning and co-ordination. Other responsibilities include:

• Developing the weekly plan and facilitating weekly planning meetings in line with standardised Alcoa planning processes.
• Supporting the daily planning process and making information available to ensure successful work execution in a timely and effective manner as well as capturing outcomes.
• Ensuring people, parts and processes are available for maintenance activities in a timely manner.
• Contributing to maintenance efficiency and effectiveness by participating in reviews of major activities, seeking improvements, reporting on such activities and initiating action where appropriate.
• Assisting in financial budget preparation, forecasting and maintenance strategies; ensuring long-term activity schedules are accurate and up to date.

About the Role:

A vacancy exists for the position of Electrical Tradesperson at Portland Aluminium. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this position may be 8 hour day shift, 10 hour day shift roster or 12 hour rotating shift roster.

Our Electrical Trades people safely perform and coordinate Electrical maintenance work, including:

• Preparation of work scopes and project activities

• Project supervision and co-ordination

• isolations

• handover to and from operations

• completion of work activities

• commissioning, and

• initial running checks.

As an Electrical Tradesperson at our Portland Smelter you will liaise with internal and external work parties to safely complete tasks to required quality and service levels.

You will optimise the performance of the process and equipment by installing, repairing, commissioning and testing equipment and components. Key to your success is the effective and efficient completion of tasks whilst upholding our environmental, health and safety standards.

Trades people utilise their skills, technical knowledge and methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, and may also direct contractors and audit work quality.

This role is responsible for leading a high performing Terminations team supporting our Operating and Novated lease customers. You will provide coaching, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the team leader role will manage all day-to-day activities, prioritise work within existing processes and ensure the team meet and exceed all SLAs.

Stakeholder engagement will be vital in ensuring a smooth transition for our customers when ending their lease whether it be through the due off or early termination process.

What you’ll be doing:

·         Lead a team of termination officers to provide an exceptional experience to our customers

·         Lead and motivate an engaged team to meet high performance individual and team KPI’s

·         Effective management of Net Promotor Score (NPS) close the loop assigned cases, escalations and logged complaints

·         Effective Management of Pipeline requests and Genesys telephony queues
