As a Contractor Interpreter, you will be integrated into our close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. Your interpreting services will be focused on medical/healthcare dialogues. We specialise in working with culturally and linguistically diverse clients and as such, we are looking for NAATI Certified Interpreters for Bahasa Indonesia language. 

Depending on location, we have both tele-interpreting and face to face interpreting available. 

About this opportunity

The General Manager of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing and optimising the entire supply chain process within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures the efficient and cost-effective management of supply chain operations, including logistics, sales and operations planning (S&OP), supplier relations, capacity planning, and procurement.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance supply chain performance.
• Oversee the selection and management of transportation providers, manage warehouse operations and Implement logistics optimization techniques to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to align supply and demand plans.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and agreements, monitor and evaluate supplier performance
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of logistics, procurement, and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and tools.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or another related subject. In lieu of degree, relevant equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years’ prior experience working in Customer Success or Account Management roles

In this pivotal role, you will partner with senior leaders across our verticals, including Executive leaders, Sales leaders, and their teams, to develop innovative pricing and packaging solutions. As Pricing Director, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of pricing and packaging responsibilities. You’ll be particularly focused on navigating complex scenarios where pricing models, metrics, and contracting approaches differ between products within the same markets.

This may include supporting customer negotiations alongside sales teams to ensure success. In addition, you’ll lead the transition from Excel-based pricing tools to a SaaS-based CPQ system, improving efficiency and scalability for the business.

Another key responsibility will be designing and delivering pricing training and enablement programs to ensure the teams have the necessary skills to execute on your strategies. You will also oversee governance, target setting, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with business objectives.
