Position: Cabler (Data and Telecommunications)
Salary: $73500 to $77500 plus 11.5% superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair data and telecommunications cabling infrastructure.
• Perform comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of issues related to data and telecommunications cabling systems.
• Expertly terminate and connect cables to network equipment, data outlets, and various telecommunications devices.
• Interpret cabling plans and schematics with precision to ensure accurate installation and seamless connectivity.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to coordinate cabling projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Adhere rigorously to safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Maintain meticulous records of cabling installations, repairs, and testing procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and end-users on data and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
• Certificate III in Telecommunications or higher.
Other Skills
• Proven experience as a Cabler in the data and telecommunications field.
• Strong knowledge of cabling standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of cabling systems, including copper and fiber-optic.
• Proficient in using testing equipment and tools for cable verification and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
