THE ROLE
Set on an expansive site with brand new facilities and equipment, including a state of the art, sqm tissue culture facility that can accommodate up-to 50 staff, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join the team in overseeing tissue culture operations. Reporting directly to the Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, guidance and direction to a team of Lab Technicians and Assistants to ensure the TC team delivers on production quality and quantity targets.
Ideally, you will have had prior experience working in a Horticulture, commercial plant Nursery or a plant tissue culture laboratory, and overseeing Media, Quality and Production teams, to ensure protocols are being followed. You will also possess sound communication and interpersonal skills to
