The Role

• Operating technical equipment including forklifts, hand trucks and pallet jacks, and optimizing loading for efficient logistics;
• Provide on-time and on-quality delivery of ingredients to the production line;
• Receive, unload and place incoming Inbound items appropriately.
• Providing support to the supply chain through collecting, loading, shipping and receiving warehouse products.
• Perform accurate counts of ingredients for fufilling production requirements.
• Perform daily accurate picking of ingredients to fulfil production line requirements.
• Able to work in a cold temperature-controlled environment.

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Arndell Park Team. The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to suppliers, ownership of accounts payable suppliers ledger, resolving accounts payable queries, setting up payments to suppliers with subsequent allocations completed & remittances sent.

Responsibilities

·         Maintaining healthy supplier relationships

·         Accounts payables queries attended and resolved via telephone and mailbox.

·         Set up new supplier account.

·         Process invoices into the accounts payable system; ensuring accurate processing within deadlines.

·         Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues to ensure prompt payments

·         Perform Statement of accounts Reconciliations monthly

·         Management of Accounts Payable Mailbox

·         Ensuring supplier ledgers are up to date with no discrepancies

·         Payment runs setup and allocations of accounts paid

·         Provide remittances to suppliers on a timely manner

·         Assist with month end closing

·         Complete credit application forms

·         Verify and process employee expense claims and manage the approval and payment process

·         Perform all other duties as assigned and required by Accounts Payable Manager

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline

·         Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Officer for over 3 years

·         Intermediate level - Excel and Microsoft Office

·         Proficient user of finance software

·         High level of accuracy coupled with strong work ethic

·         Strong organisational ability to multi-task and prioritise daily tasks

·         Excellent attention to detail as dealing with supplier accounts and invoices

·         Exceptional communication skills to liaise with all people at all levels (both internal and external)

·         Has experience working in a fast paced environment

·         MYOB/PRONTO experience desirable

The objective of the position is to ensure that TOMRA’s warehouse activities and tasks are performed to a high standard across Arndell Park warehouse. The purpose of this role is to ensure the warehousing function operates efficiently and effectively. As a member of the warehousing team, this role is critical in ensuring that service teams are adequately equipped to perform their tasks.

• Complete pick-packer requirements to support various business functions
• Perform quality checks on equipment and inventory
• Receive, unload and process new stock
•  Correctly store new stock when shipments arrive
• Assist Warehouse & Logistics Manager in day-to-day activities within the warehouse
• Operate the forklift to assist in the efficient functioning of the warehouse
•  Report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor
• Ensure that the warehouse space and its equipment is maintained and safe to use
• Carry out warehousing duties as requested by Warehouse Supervisor
• Ensure you take reasonable care for your own health and safety
• Ensure you take reasonable care that your actions or inactions do not adversely affect the health and safety of others
• Ensure all incidents and hazards at work are reported accurately and in a timely manner
• Analyse areas of potential improvement of processes and report to local service team

Job Description 

A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build positive working environment. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Provide great customer experience. 

• Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise selling opportunities. 

• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room. 

• Open, unpack and label merchandise with security tags. 

• Support customer purchases and returns in the register.
