About the role:

The Corporate Finance Associate is a key role in the business supporting financial modelling of “whole of business” quarterly and annual corporate valuations, input to treasury (debt raising) activities, scenario analysis on alternative capital structure and operating models, and of business cases for new data centre investments. The role is financially oriented and provides input to corporate strategy processes, which are managed by the Corporate Strategy team.

Other responsibilities include:

Corporate Valuation and Investment Properties Valuation Processes

• Manage CDC's Corporate Model, continuously reviewing and validating assumptions.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual corporate valuations, updating assumptions based on SLT and line manager feedback.
• Liaise with Independent Valuer for Corporate Valuation for all valuations.
• Liaise with Independent Valuer for Investment Properties for all valuations.
• Prepare scenario and sensitivity analyses for the board, senior leadership team, and other audiences.

Business Management, Reporting, and Budgeting

• Collaborate with business unit operational and financial personnel to maintain assumptions, prepare business insights, and provide analytical commentary.

Capital Management

• Support the Treasury team with funding scenario options, new debt raising processes, and reporting on CDC’s credit metrics.
• Investment Analysis and Business Growth.
• Collaborate with business unit personnel on modelling for new data centre investments.
• Respond to information requests and reporting for new investments, transactions, refinancing, and valuations for various stakeholders.

Perform other duties as directed.

About you: 

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in financial modelling who are looking to transition their career, possibly considering an in-house position as their next step. As an extension of the Corporate Financial Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other senior financial leaders in our rapidly growing business.

• Proven advanced financial modelling experience with advanced Excel functionality, particularly in investment management principles (such as IRR, NPV), cash flow analysis, debt covenants, model architecture, and scenario analysis.
• A background in the infrastructure or property sectors is advantageous but not required.
• Adept at handling ambiguity and problem-solving, delivering high-quality, accurate, complete, and timely outcomes while maintaining confidentiality.
• Capable of learning business intricacies, adopting a commercial perspective on problems and opportunities, and earning respect within the organization and from external stakeholders.

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Manager, you are the trusted adviser to our customers and ensure customer satisfaction. You are working with the customer in safeguarding and optimization of their investments into SAP Fioneer services and support.

You will be diligent about ensuring quality services to satisfy customers need and resolving complex and critical situations throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Contact for the customer including point of escalation
• Understand the customer business, goals and challenges in order to guide resolution and provide quality support and services
• Ensure contractual obligations fulfillment with your customer including Service Level Agreements, customer satisfaction and process efficiency within service delivery
• Monitoring progress and availability service and support team, helping determine priorities, managing challenging customer situations
• Mange proactive delivery of service plan and reactive support requests
• Drives end-to-end customer engagement including commercial responsibilities (costs and profitability), customer expectations, customer reporting and invoicing
• Protect and grow engagement scope, identify cross and upsell opportunities

• Strong experience in support processes, compliance and project management, especially in supporting production environments
• Strong experience in stakeholder management at all levels delivering clear status on service delivery and efficiency
• Strong experience in SAP Banking environment including Cloud Delivery Models would be an advantage
• Confident and impactful communicator and manager of senior stakeholders, both written and verbal, able to clearly explain the program to non-technical and technical audiences

 What you’ll do; 

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium sized business clients, taking ownership of the relationships and ensuring that Xe wins as much of the transactional business as possible from each client

Who you are;

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in a FX Dealer or Sales role with demonstrated sales tenacity

About the Role 

The Associate Director – Go To Market (GTM) Strategy and Planning is responsible for managing and orchestrating a GTM approach to Datacom’s portfolio of services and products, driving lead generation and customer acquisition. The role will lead Datacom’s GTM Group strategy and planning across Australia and New Zealand.

• Knowledge of building GTM initiatives founded on strategic investments across multiple value propositions 
• Leadership in the development of market-focused GTM plans with an understanding of proposition planning.  
• Broad and deep understanding of marketing and sales strategy, operations and related technology industry dependencies. 
• Demonstrated ability to implement long-term, customer-centred and data-driven strategies to obtain commercial results. 

What you’ll do:

• Provide leadership and and orchestrate a GTM approach to Datacom’s portfolio of services and products, driving lead generation and growth.  
• Establish an aligned approach to GTM in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, Proposition and Market Strategy teams.  

• Lead the day-to-day GTM Hub strategy across Markets and Lines of Business relating to GTM operations and governance, ensuring that planning and orchestration of a GTM strategy is delivered.
