Reporting to the Head of Digital SME (APAC), Xe’s Junior Dealers are responsible for managing Xe’s portfolio of small to medium sized business clients that utilize Xe’s online services.

What you’ll do;
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium sized business clients, taking ownership of the relationships and ensuring that Xe wins as much of the transactional business as possible from each client
- Maintain existing and build new client relationships through, ensuring excellent customer service and assisting with achieving their FX objectives through Xe’s suite of products, services and online tools
- Work closely with sales/compliance/back-office teams to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved for both the client and business
- Referring any new business opportunities to the sales team, or larger dealing opportunities to the Corporate FX Dealing team
- Help support the wider commercial teams in maintaining complete coverage, retaining and growing revenue Xe’s Corporate client base
- Stay informed about global financial markets, economic events and data releases
- Maintain client database records in accordance with best KYC practices
- Adhere to and remain up to date with all Australian and New Zealand regulatory requirements and Xe’s policies and procedures
- Maintaining your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours and RG146 Accreditation as required.
- Participating in Xe training sessions, meetings, campaigns, and events as required
Who you are;
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in a FX Dealer or Sales role with demonstrated sales tenacity
- Outstanding client service skills
- A ‘natural’ when it comes to online services and assisting clients with managing their needs online
- Interest in and experience monitoring financial markets
- Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
- System skills (Office Packages, phone systems, deal pricing and execution systems, internal systems)
- Strong numeric skills
- Excellent time-management skills to ensure full coverage of client base
- Results orientated and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Takes ownership and uses initiative to improve business processes and productivity
