• An experienced Conveyancing Paralegal – able to manage 30-35 residential conveyancing files A-Z each month with administration support.
• Desire to complete task-based work and the ability to do so autonomously, whilst still reaching out for help when needed.
• Highly organised – able to stay on top of daily tasks and emails, keep track of key dates and ensure deadlines are met.
• Personable – able to maintain and create sustainable referral relationships with other professionals in our industry.

Are you a hospitality all-rounder and a great communicator with a passion for people and service?  If you’re looking to be part of a friendly, close-knit, customer-centric team, we're looking for cleaners to work at our mine site at Gove, Nhulunbuy, NT.  Fly-In-Fly-Out from Darwin or Cairns to Gove working 14days on and 7days off for 10hours per day. Flights, meals, accommodation and uniforms provided.

Who are we looking for?  

Our Service Attendants are team players. They have a can-do attitude, are flexible to work across many departments and always remain focused on safety and service delivery. You are the 'backbone' of our remote sites team. You’ll contribute extensively to the effective day to day operations and provide a service for customers, ensuring that each experience is as close to that feeling of being in a home away from home. To be successful, you’ll need:   

• Australian manual drivers licence is a must 

• Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights  

• Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check  

We’d love to hear from you if you’ve had previous experience in hospitality such as catering, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, cleaning or bar and retail.  Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 10 hours per day on a 2:1 roster (two weeks at work and one week at home), often in extreme environments. So, having a good level of fitness will help you get through each day!

Montu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will drive growth by acquiring new business while nurturing existing pharmacy partnerships. Your primary focus will be to increase order volume in your territory and ensure exceptional service. (Please note - You will be required to travel 3-4 days on the road for face-to-face appointments).

Primary responsibilities include:

Driving Order Volume Growth: 

• Increase order volume within the designated territory by establishing strong relationships with existing pharmacy partners and achieving monthly targets. 
• Acquire new pharmacy partners to the Leafio platform, converting leads into valuable partnerships. 

Relationship Building:   

• Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships between Montu and pharmacy partners, acting as their dedicated point of contact. 
• Address partner issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and ensure resolutions are achieved.                                                                       

Strategic Initiatives: 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop new value-added initiatives that enhance the partnership experience. 
• Engage in strategic planning to improve pharmacy results and drive mutual success. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives for internal teams, stakeholders, and potential use in case studies or training sessions. 

Partnership Expansion: 

• Proactively expand existing partner relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 
• Identify, nurture, and convert new pharmacy partners, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand Montu's presence.
