Lendlease is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to process the Australia payroll.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, Australia you will support the delivery of payroll processing including systems, services and activities to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries and maintenance of related records to comply with organisational and legal/statutory requirements.
Your key operational responsibilities include:
Processing and reviewing payroll
Ensure all payrolls are compliant and in line with legislation and regulation
Ensure all payrolls are per the Lendlease policies
Provide guidance and support to the onshore and offshore teams
Provide payroll support and consulting to People & Culture and the business
The role will also support strategic initiatives including process improvements and enhanced governance. You will also be required to provide SME support and participate in adhoc payroll related projects when required.
