Deloitte Digital is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our growing Customer Service Experience practice. Working from within our Digital Customer Platforms Practice you'll be responsible for leading team to design, configure and deliver industry innovative customer service experiences for our clients, with a primary focus on the Customer and Creator Workflows (CSM and App Engine).
You will work closely with Solution Architects and client-facing Directors to meet targets, goals and objectives, with a specific focus on differentiated transformation solutions to shape opportunities and improve win rates.
You will be responsible for:
Generating Proof of Concepts:
Develop innovative and effective proof of concepts to showcase the potential of ServiceNow solutions to clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and propose tailored solutions.
Requirement Gathering:
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
Workshop Facilitation:
Utilize collaborative tools like Miro to conduct workshops, fostering effective communication and ideation among team members and clients.
Lead discussions to gather insights, address concerns, and align project goals.
Agile Project Management:
Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, sprint running, sprint retrospective, and the creation and refinement of sprint backlogs.
Run daily stand-up meetings to ensure continuous progress and address any impediments.
User Story Management:
Lead the creation and development of user stories, ensuring they align with business objectives and user needs.
Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage the user story backlog.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership to the project team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Mentor and guide team members in their professional development.
Training Program Development:
Develop a comprehensive training program for the team, focusing on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
Leverage NowLearning to enhance team members' skills and knowledge in ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
You will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience working with the ServiceNow platform in addition to technology development, engineering project management, business process and process delivery. In addition, you will have the following:
Demonstrated experience in leading implementation project teams to delivery in a consulting environment.
Proven experience in leading ServiceNow implementations.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in managing agile projects.
Proficient in workshop facilitation tools, such as Miro.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and refine user stories based on business requirements.
Leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configurations.
