Performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and energy efficiency.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment issues and providing effective repair solutions.
Installing, inspecting, and repairing various HVAC components, including compressors, motors, fans, and ductwork.
Collaborating with team members and clients to develop and implement customised HVAC solutions.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while working on HVAC systems.
Documenting service activities, including maintenance reports, work orders, and equipment records.
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent).
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
Sound knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment and systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
