About the Role:
As the Head of Service Integration, you will spearhead the governance of our Service Desk, End User Computing, and Field Services functions. Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless integration of services across our partner ecosystem, driving efficiency and excellence in user experience delivery.
You will collaborate closely with service providers to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring that our IT Service Management function aligns with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and govern the activities across Service Desk, End User Computing, and Field Services.
Drive strategic integration initiatives to ensure seamless services across our partner network.
Collaborate with service providers to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for Service Desk and End User Computing services.
Manage and optimize the IT Service Management function to provide stable, scalable user integration solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Tertiary level qualifications in Business, Commerce, Information Services, or an IT-related discipline are desirable.
Strong conceptual knowledge of Information Technology coupled with ITIL/ITAM certification.
Proficiency in using various data tools to transform and analyze data sets, coupled with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
