• 12 weeks of Intensive Induction program with our Therapy Manager and Team Leaders who assist you to understand how you can help your clients achieve their goals. Learn from experienced supportive therapists.

• Be supported by your Clinical Supervisor who will assist you in client sessions for your first 12 months on a regular basis to facilitate your learning and knowledge on individual presentations.

About the role:
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the financial strategy for our organization. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will collaborate with operations managers and the Business Intelligence team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide our decision-making processes.

About the role:

We’re seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our bustling inbound contact centre on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. In this role, you'll serve as the welcoming voice of KinCare, dedicated to ensuring every interaction exceeds our customers' expectations. As the first point of contact, you’ll manage inbound calls from KinCare customers, Care Workers and various stakeholders, adeptly handling inquiries and ad-hoc requests with professionalism and timeliness.

This is a full-time opportunity on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with working hours scheduled between 6am and 6pm, Monday through Saturday.
