Task & Responsibilities Continuously monitor network performance, proactively addressing issues to prevent downtime that could disrupt logistics operations. Document network layouts, troubleshoot issues, and log resolutions to ensure continuity and efficiency. Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches) and software specific to the needs of a logistics environment. Manage and optimize our LAN, WAN, and VPN networks across multiple logistics sites, ensuring stable and continuous connectivity for real-time tracking, communication, and data flow. Manage user passwords, conduct security checks, and maintain inventory documentation to uphold security standards. Monitor and support servers, printers, and personal computers to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation Provide help desk support, resolving user issues efficiently and training team members as necessary. Perform regular upgrades and maintenance to keep network systems up-to-date. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 1 Year of experience in a similar role, ideally within logistics or a related industry. Attention to detail in documenting configurations, issues, and solutions. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills.
