The Secret Kitchen (TSK) - An Indian Saga is a renowned restaurant that invites you to engage in the experience of Royal Indian Cuisine with a Secret twist.
TSK is looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining overall business efficiency
This full-time role is based in Bella Vista NSW with a salary range of $74,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation. Minimum requirement is Diploma in a Culinary field, or higher, or equivalent industry experience. TSK can offer 482 visas to suitable candidates.
Main duties are as follows:
• Ensure outstanding customer service by setting and maintaining high guest service standards.
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant’s floor staff
• Monitor daily floor operations for smooth functioning of guest services, presentations, and food sequencing to the floor
• Resolve any issues such as complaints, feedback, and suggestions
• Collaborate with the kitchen leader to maintain menu quality, food safety, and consistency
• Manage reservations, seating, ambience, and customer flow for optimal dining experience
• Recruit, coach, and performance manage new floor staff
• Create and manage floor staff rosters, and delegating duties to maintain efficient staffing levels at all times
• Ensure a positive and cohesive environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth
• Develop and manage budgets, oversee financial compliance, and prepare reports for the management
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs
