Reporting to the Group Services Optimisation Lead, the Program Manager is responsible for  the establishment, development and successful delivery of a portfolio of initiatives across the group, delivering cost reduction targets for the year. 

You'll be an experienced Project or Program Manager, who has worked in operational change/business transformation environments supporting new ways of working. 

This role works directly with alcohol and gaming environments, so you'll need to be comfortable working in this area of industry.

• Initiate, lead and implement end to end business improvement opportunities for a wide range of store and venue optimisation initiatives, across the Endeavour group businesses. 
• Support the delivery of process change that challenges the cost of doing business; by identifying and valuing opportunities for improvement.
• Effectively collaborate with a broad range of key business stakeholders to support productivity model overlays, and on-going performance convergence relative to budgeted / forecasted metrics.

As the Group Services Optimisation Lead, you will partner with our Endeavour business leaders and other cross functional teams across Endeavour Group to provide leadership, support, guidance and coaching for the successful establishment and delivery of the strategic Group Support Group Optimisation portfolio.

• Establish Group Support Group Optimisation to deliver it’s strategic value across Property & Network and Procurement.
• Lead in the development of the strategic plan, partnering with Endeavour Group leadership teams across the business to deliver an extensive portfolio of Procurement and Property & Network based transformation initiatives aligned to the strategic directions of the group.
• Provide thought leadership, including structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them.
• Lead, coach and develop a cross-functional team of operational specialists and delivery experts to deliver on sustainable retail transformation aspirations. Proactively provide feedback and development opportunities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• End to end delivery of key transformational programs with effective problem solving of key business questions and project management / overseeing multiple initiatives. 
• Partner with Business Owner and Finance partners to ensure financial targets and deliverables are aligned within relevant P&Ls. Maintain and deliver to the portfolio budgets in both financial spend and business return on investment to ensure each project and entire portfolio.
• Be a change agent who supports and mentors the business through the transformation journey.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our high-performing Finance team on a permanent basis. The focus of this role will be dealing with day-to-day bookkeeping, including trust accounting, preparation of accounts payable, balance sheet reconciliations, invoicing, debt collection, and bank account reconciliations. 

The successful candidate will need to have an exemplary phone manner and great email drafting skills to be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a huge variety of internal and external clients. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively determine priorities, work under pressure, and manage a range of different tasks concurrently. 

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced: You will have at least some experience in a general accounting role, ideally in a professional services environment. 

Qualifications: You hold a CIII in Bookkeeping from a reputable institution.

A natural communicator: Able to effectively and clearly communicate with clients both by email and on the phone.

Thrives in fast-paced environments: The ability to effectively manage competing priorities and to respond calmly and professionally when faced with difficult situations.

Diligent: Excellent attention to detail and organisational and time management skills are vital.

Proactive: Able to identify issues or opportunities to make improvements and run with them.

Team player: Willingness to actively contribute and assist other members of the team when needed.

Tech savvy: You will be using our innovative in-house technology as well as market-leading software to process a large variety of transactions. We use Google Sheets on a daily basis so any expertise in that will be highly regarded.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us for 12 months as a parental leave cover, with the opportunity to extend based on business needs. 

You will be responsible for end to end recruitment as well as onboarding for all teams across the business. Your Responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Work with team leaders and our Head of Finance to determine hiring needs across the business (this will include both newly created roles as well as replacements).
• Prepare job advertisements and post via our ATS (Workable) and directly to jobs boards as required.
• Review applications and phone screen shortlisted candidates.
• Arrange interviews (both online and in person) and written exercises.
• Extend offers to successful candidates, including preparing and sending employment contracts.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
• Headhunt candidates on LinkedIn.
• Conduct market research to determine appropriate salaries and recruitment strategies.

Onboarding:

• Communicate with new hires in the lead up to their first day.
• Arrange tech provisioning.
• Work with hiring managers to organise inductions.
• Check in with new hires once they’re onboard to see how they’re settling in.

The Ideal Candidate

• You have 2-4 years’ in-house or agency recruitment experience in a fast paced environment. Prior experience working in professional services and/or graduate recruitment will be highly valued.
