As the Group Services Optimisation Lead, you will partner with our Endeavour business leaders and other cross functional teams across Endeavour Group to provide leadership, support, guidance and coaching for the successful establishment and delivery of the strategic Group Support Group Optimisation portfolio.

Here’s a snapshot of the Group Services Optimisation Lead responsibilities:
- Establish Group Support Group Optimisation to deliver it’s strategic value across Property & Network and Procurement.
- Lead in the development of the strategic plan, partnering with Endeavour Group leadership teams across the business to deliver an extensive portfolio of Procurement and Property & Network based transformation initiatives aligned to the strategic directions of the group.
- Provide thought leadership, including structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them.
- Lead, coach and develop a cross-functional team of operational specialists and delivery experts to deliver on sustainable retail transformation aspirations. Proactively provide feedback and development opportunities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- End to end delivery of key transformational programs with effective problem solving of key business questions and project management / overseeing multiple initiatives.
- Partner with Business Owner and Finance partners to ensure financial targets and deliverables are aligned within relevant P&Ls. Maintain and deliver to the portfolio budgets in both financial spend and business return on investment to ensure each project and entire portfolio.
- Be a change agent who supports and mentors the business through the transformation journey.
