Excels in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living and Community Access.
Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Has extensive experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges.
Can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease.
Is flexible and can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and overnights.
