Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Management:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day global HR operations and HR operation performance.
• Supervise and mentor a team of HR operation professionals across multiple countries and locations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Administration, and business team leaders to develop and maintain efficient HR operation processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and variations, etc.
• Provide support and guidance to HR operation team members.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Operational Excellence and Process Improvement:

• Set and track SLAs/delivery across core HR operations processes.
• Ensure HR operational accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR operation processes.
• Implement best HR practices to improve efficiency.

Compliance and Technology Standards:

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Stay updated with industry changes and implement necessary adjustments.
• Utilize HRIS platforms such as Workable, EmploymentHero, etc.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers.

• Proven at least 8 years of experience in overseeing and managing day-to-day HR operations with demonstrated ability to lead global HR projects and initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
• High attention to detail is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently is required.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

We currently have a great opportunity for a Group Safety Business Partner (GSBP) to join the NRMA’s safety team on a full-time permanent basis.

The position will provide technical safety support mainly to SIXT and Roadside BU’s whilst also working collaboratively across the NRMA Group. As businesses that support our customers on the road, the SIXT and Roadside Businesses share similar attributes both prioritizing safety and compliance as it relates to regulatory compliance, Heavy Vehicle laws, road safety and associated risks.

As a fuel delivery driver, you will be responsible to load and deliver bulk fuel to surrounding farms, and other commercial businesses. All Training will be provided and supported.
