- Lead, manage and promote people management practices to achieve success through excellent stakeholder relationships and continuous service improvement activities for the region including, but not limited to:
Coordinate, develop and implement HR solutions that address key workforce challenges.
Use HR knowledge to shape both strategic and operational advice to meet business needs.
Proactively develop and sustain relationships across the business to ensure comprehensive understanding of opportunities and challenges faced and people management development opportunities.
Support business units with succession planning.
Develop and lead best practice across end-to-end employee life cycle.
Policy development and documentation.
Reward & recognition strategies.
Drive retention strategies through strategic human resources business partner relationships.
Ensure appropriate communication at all levels.
Lead and guide manager in the resolution of performance and employee relations matters.
