We are on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Business Partner with a strong passion for delivering a customer-focused end-to-end recruitment service whilst supporting our culture, diversity & inclusion strategy, and company goals. 

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at EACH, you can expect to be working with knowledgeable and dedicated hiring managers who like to be involved in the process and offer support. This role will suit someone who has a passion for recruitment and enjoys designing and project-managing quality recruitment processes that includes creative attraction campaigns, online assessments, background checks and tools to deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at EACH, you will:

  • Partner with the business to deliver a high-quality, contemporary recruitment process that meets the needs of a fast-paced environment
  • Write engaging job advertisements that showcase EACH's unique offerings and attract top talent
  • Review, screen, longlist and shortlist applications ensuring that candidates meet the requirement of specific roles
  • Be responsible for ongoing candidate attraction, engagement and nurturing through proactive sourcing strategies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external agencies, serving as a point of contact throughout the recruitment journey
  • Advocate for exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, continuously improving the recruitment process from attraction to selection


About you
You love connecting with people, engaging with candidates and coaching hiring managers. Our roles are varied, our team is diverse, and our goals are ambitious. You like keeping up to date with the best recruitment practises and playing a part in transforming TA services from good to GREAT!

You bring skills and experience in:

  • End to end high-volume internal, RPO or agency recruitment experience
  • Sourcing complex and hard to find talent
  • Attraction campaigns, job advertising, and background check platforms and vendors
  • Managing and prioritising multiple requisitions, projects, and client relationships
  • Application Tracking Systems, preferably SmartRecruiters, to manage end-to-end requirements
  • LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and other available mediums for building talent pipelines

You excel in meticulous administrative processes, know how to prioritise your workload and effectively communicate amidst competing deadlines. You’re highly relationship-driven, capable of partnering and communicating with people to drive exceptional recruitment outcomes.

You may have prior experience in the healthcare industry or aspire to gain expertise in this sector. If you've used SmartRecruiters in previous roles, or eager to broaden your knowledge with other systems, then this could be a perfect fit.
