THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experience Venue Manager to help lead the restaurant and front-of-house team at the Ardo.

You will be responsible for developing marketing activities, business plans and budgets in line with operational expenditure as well as all cash and stock control.

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will be responsible for working with business leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to improve metrics and employee engagement.
