Skills and Experience:  Human Resource Management Degree OR Human Resource Management Diploma OR Senior HR/ Recruitment Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years Experience in Recruiting Blue & White collars within an engineering, fabrication, construction or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of HR processes to ensure employee wellbeing and longevity. Solutions-focused individual and driven to deliver results. Self-starter with the ability to lead a team to achieve objectives. Strong IT literacy with the ability to use the MS Office suite.
