We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis from our head office in Sydney with hybrid working! In this role, you will be responsible for HR administration, talent acquisition support, and managing payroll processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations.

In this role, you will:

• Working closely with our outsourced payroll provider to review our weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs for JDE Australia and Campos Coffee.
• Maintain employee records and files in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.
• Support talent acquisition activities including job advertising, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
• Handle employee queries and requests regarding payroll, leave, benefits, and other HR matters.
• Create and maintain regular HR reports and information.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation.

As the HR Business Partner, you'll act as a People & Culture ‘point person’ for the Australian business. This role reports in to the Head of People & Culture with a specialist Talent Acquisition Partner also in the Australian P&C team. We have a workforce in India with local HR support who will be a point of contact as well.

This is a full generalist role partnering with our Australian business: approx. 200 employees and growing. In addition to advising on tactical HR matters with line managers, you'll also manage relationships with senior business leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans. This is where your change management experience, influencing skills and commercial mindset will really shine!

We're seeking a dedicated and dependable (all-rounder) truck driver with a minimum of a valid MR or above license & Forklift license to support our Penshurst operations. You will be reporting to the day shift supervisor, and you will be responsible for safely operating a Medium Rigid (MR) truck to transport goods and materials to various locations, as well as handling a forklift to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and manufacturing area. In addition to driving, you will perform other general tasks as required, ensuring high-quality finishes on manufactured items. This position requires some physical activity and is ideal for someone experienced in a manufacturing environment.
