We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis from our head office in Sydney with hybrid working! In this role, you will be responsible for HR administration, talent acquisition support, and managing payroll processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations.
In this role, you will:
- Working closely with our outsourced payroll provider to review our weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs for JDE Australia and Campos Coffee.
- Maintain employee records and files in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.
- Support talent acquisition activities including job advertising, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
- Handle employee queries and requests regarding payroll, leave, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Create and maintain regular HR reports and information.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation.
