ABOUT THE HUMAN RESOURCES BRANCH Finances Human Resources Branch supports our workforce with operational and strategic human resource activities such as pay and entitlements, recruitment and HR policy. The Workforce Planning & Reporting team provides strategic advice to the department in line with Finances Workforce Strategy. The team is also responsible for the provision of high-quality workforce reports to support important decisions in the department, based on accurate and relevant data. This includes the preparation and compilation of statutory reporting requirements, as well as other department-level activities such as Senate Estimates.
