Coordinates customer relationships and supports the Sales Team and Publishers to ensure timely setup of print-on-demand publications and provide advice on all other Ingram services, including IngramSpark to achieve sales growth targets for the business.

Essential Duties:

• Acts as the main print of contact for all Client Service calls and e-mails.

What you’ll do

As Service Configuration Manager you will:

• Act as subject matter expert for Service Configuration Management for our customers
• Manage effective and smooth delivery of our customer’s Configuration Management services
• Manage the relationship with the customers by being the primary contact for the CMDB

What you’ll do

At the moment, as a Service Configuration Manager, you will be focused on:

•     Ensure that Configuration Management Plans, processes, and procedures are followed incorporating good practise methodologies, accurately documented, successfully implemented, appropriately communicated to customer’s stakeholders, and provide continuous Service Configuration Management services for organisations

•     Govern and validate all the updates to the Configuration Items (CI) within the CMDB for our customers. This includes checking for changes requiring updates, updating and creating CIs  within the CMDB and actioning Service Requests to update CIs in the CMDB

•     Provide accurate reporting for our customers

•     Manage and highlight exceptions within the CMDB

•     Provide quality customer service through adherence to Datacom’s Service Configuration Management service delivery methodology and processes

•     Bring experience in ITSM technologies and their capabilities

•       Interpret the data outputs from the Data Inventory technologies and provide accurate analysis and reporting, liaise with service management and customer teams to define, execute Service Configuration Management standards, processes, procedures, plans and controls to ensure appropriate asset and configuration information is recorded and maintained

The Role

We're on the lookout for someone to join our awesome Customer Service team. They’re the first point of contact for our owners and hirers (customers) via phone, tickets, and live chat. They help our customers with all sorts of things from finding the right vehicle to hire, helping with listings, verification checks and managing breakdown and accident call-outs.

If you would like to join this incredible team, you’ll need experience in a customer service role (ideally in a call centre). We’re open to your industry experience but insurance, travel, hospitality or retail would help set you up for success. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to actively listen and respond empathetically to customers is essential. You also need to be comfortable thinking on your feet and problem solving. Geographical knowledge and understanding of Australian and New Zealand locations would also be an advantage.

This is a fast-paced role so strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to switch between systems whilst talking to customers is required. This is a full time position working out of our headquarters in Newcastle, NSW. The team is very close-knit, fun and collaborative and sets all new team members up for success with a comprehensive onboarding and training program.

We are looking for a Repairs Service Technician based in Regional Victoria – Bendigo. This is a permanent role and reports to the Regional Victoria Area Manager.

You will work closely with other Service Technicians, Mechanical Fitters, Installers, Adjusters, Trade Assistants, Field Engineers, and Service Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities for You

• Performs service, repairs, and maintenance work in accordance with relevant job procedures, technical articles, and operations manuals.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and help facilitate continuous improvement to satisfy the customers.

• Provide electrical and mechanical training to apprentices and sub-contractors.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• Have Electrical qualifications as relevant to the role.

• Minimum two (2) to five (5) years’ experience within the Lift Industry.

• Extensive electrical and mechanical knowledge across large equipment and the ability to perform knowledge transfer on information and skills through training.

• Has the ability to perform knowledge transfer on information and skills through training.

• Demonstrated fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Strong English language skills, both verbal and written

• Intermediate knowledge and experience using technology, including mobile communications, applications, and other computer-based systems (Word, Excel, Email, Internet).

• Highly organized, structured, and able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.

• Attention to detail and results-driven.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will assist in guiding the Food and Beverage team across multiple facilities to delivery an exceptional experience for all team members and resort guests, play a leading role in designing & executing the Food & Beverage Operations within the resort.  You will also:

• Ensure the Food and Beverage Department represents the core values of NRMA in terms of professionalism, cleanliness and guest experience.
• Maintain these standards whilst working within monthly financial budgets set by NRMA.
• Work professionally alongside the Chef, Resort Management and Events Team, to create industry leading outlets and functions, and
• Create and maintain a positive, dynamic working culture that creates moments of exceptional quality.
• Train and guide Food and Beverage Hosts and ensure service standards are met
• Lead team members in all aspects of the daily operation of the Restaurant/Café, providing the necessary assistance and training where required
• Barista duties as required
• Other duties as may be required from time to time due to operational needs and much more!

What You'll Bring:

Ideally, you will have previously managed or held a senior role in a Food and Beverage department you are now ready to move into a role where no one day will ever be the same. Your hands on experience will assist in leading & mentoring the department to success.

• Experience in a restaurant and or previous customer service experience.
• Outstanding guest relations and communications skills and the ability to relate to and host resort guests from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds
