About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for experienced, energetic and passionate hospitality professionals to join our Guest Service team creating memorable first and last impressions through high-quality service and experiences. We are seeking candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, who are passionate and proud of the service they deliver and consistently willing to go above and beyond for our guests.
Some of your tasks will include;
- Greeting guest upon arrival and assisting them with check-in and concierge services
- Service of guests in the main terminal, including food, beverage and guest inquiries
- Host and provide guest service at the Adelaide-based off-train experiences
- Operating the souvenir and merchandise area
- Housekeeping duties around the terminal
- Administrative duties and guest bookings support, including guest check-in
- Other duties as requested
This position will require long periods of your feet, using office equipment and some lifting duties will be required. Candidates with demonstrated experience delivering high-quality guest service in a front-of-house hospitality environment will be highly regarded. Barista experience is desirable. Successful candidates will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
The departure times of our journeys vary, and you will require flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
