Due to rapid growth we are adding 2 new roles to our Customer Service Team which will primarily be responsible for communicating with our customers via our numerous social media platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction through social platforms on comments and DMs and via emails & live-chat
- Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledge & solutions and follow up as required
- Ensuring customer profiles & communication is documented
- Provide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested
- Experience working in a customer service role
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and show initiative
- Comprehensive computer skills with an iMac
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media platforms, primarily Instagram & TikTok
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster and extra hours when required
