About The Role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, you will play a critical part in establishing, designing, configuring, and maintaining their global operating system, OneBill.  You will work cross functionally translating requirements into design, and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure including billing, end to end order fulfilment, helpdesk, and support. Your responsibilities will involve but are not limited to:  

• Ensure accurate configuration of data and systems for automated, timely billing, receivables, and reconciliation. 
• Customise reports, notifications, and dashboards for stakeholders, providing insights to highlight key metrics (eg: forecasted revenue, aged debt, and more to trigger actions for informed decision-making.   
• Establish business rules for customer registration and maintenance, ensuring accurate billing for subscription changes and upgrades/downgrades. 
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to design end-to-end order fulfilment processes on OneBill.  
• Implement system workflows for Helpdesk operations, managing service requests, ticket allocation, and tracking for resolution. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design data interfaces and integration methods with other systems, enhancing information flow and accuracy. 
• Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for system queries and technical issues. 
• Maintain corporate telephony system functionality, including call centre workflows and user group configuration for incident management. 
• Conduct data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability.

About the role

As an Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for Level 2 Application and Technical Support of Global Payments production applications and services. This role will have a particular focus on acquiring and scheme related transactional support activities, among other highly integrated payment support systems and processes.

As a member of the Application Support Team, the role will assist with diagnosis, remediation and resolution of production issues, liaising with internal Client Support, IT Operations and Development teams where necessary. The role will also involve engaging external schemes and technology partners to support high volume transactions systems.

Other key areas of responsibility will include:   

• Understand and support Global Payments clients, both internal and external, and their web-facing applications;
• Assist software partners, developers, and integrated clients with integration issues, technical upgrades, and service migrations;
• Support cloud-based API's, Routing, and Payment Gateway Services;
• Manage the setup and configuration of new clients during onboarding;
• Ensure the stability, accuracy, and integrity of integrated payment systems;
• Respond to, investigate, and resolve application support issues within agreed SLAs;
• Deploy enhancements, hotfixes, and patches without client impact;
• Monitor client requests and escalate when necessary;
• Provide internal user support, including reporting and resolving functional issues;
• Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation as needed.

The scope of the role will include:

• Month-end close duties including balance sheet reconciliations and accruals
• Involved in Month-end reporting, manage journals postings and general ledger reconciliations

• Manage daily treasury positions of the company (forecast vs actual) and make recommendations on funding action
