Exciting things are happening at Catholic Healthcare! We’ll be celebrating our 30th year in 2024, we now have over 5000 employees and an opportunity for a highly experienced and personable Senior BA to join our new Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager EPMO and supporting project management activities, you will be responsible for identifying and defining scope, and addressing business challenges and opportunities by analysing information from a range of sources, developing process mapping, tracking and managing business project requirements.
Acting as a liaison between project managers, internal sponsors, stakeholders, and technical teams, you will have the ability to confidently and effectively communicate and translate business needs into technical and process requirements.
Your exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, manage expectations and identify opportunities for improvement, will be instrumental to your success. Your tenacious and proactive approach together with your professional manner and passion for providing high quality support and guidance to your stakeholders will be recognised and valued.
In your new role you will:
- Identify and analyse business needs, document, and communicate results of requirements gathering
- Develop and coordinate development of informative and accurate business cases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology groups, and partners, to gather, analyse, define and communicate business, stakeholder and solution requirements
- Educate and coach key stakeholder/project team members in business requirements process and outcomes
- Conduct workshops, meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Contribute to the development of user manuals, training materials and other documentation
- Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement of business processes and practices
The successful candidate will be highly organised and have impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to articulate and translate business requirements to various stakeholders including IT, in addition to the following:
- Completion of Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or similar
- Certification in Business Analysis desirable
- 5 + Years’ demonstrated experience working in a Snr Business Analyst role
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Deep understanding and competency with Process Improvement, Project Management, and the financial drivers of Operations
- A progressive and pragmatic approach to finding solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications including Visio
- Must be able to provide Covid-19 immunisation evidence
