What will a day in this role look like:

• Working in teams to ensure proper controls on the projects and assisting Project Managers (PM’s) and operational leaders to deliver optimal profit and cash results for AECOM.

As a Payroll Manager at Retinue, you will be leading and growing a team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse client base. Leveraging your extensive experience in payroll processing, you will support our team to ensure that our clients' payroll operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant with tax legislation.

Our Payroll team are not responsible for calculating employee hours, rates of pay or entitlements, which we consider to be employment relations work and outside the scope of our payroll processing service. • Leadership of our payroll team, ensuring that payroll processing for our clients is completed on time, is accurate, and hassle-free.

• Oversee superannuation reconciliations and lodgements.

Aid in developing our research strategy and pipeline to meet business goals, centring on our key thematic priorities: 

1. Safety & benefits demonstration: Demonstrating the safety and efficacy of our products

4. Developing new products and/or services based on research breakthroughs

This includes cost modelling and spearheading the studies' execution, while seamlessly collaborating with external stakeholders such as universities, industrial partners, and customers. 
• Manage active studies: Supervise active research projects, ensuring they progress effectively and align with our investigative objectives. 
• Analytical excellence: Engage in the analysis and synthesis of research results, transforming raw data into actionable insights and coherent findings. 
• Scholarly support: Assist in drafting papers that elucidate research outcomes and white papers that reinforce our perspectives and beliefs. 
• Grant applications: Identify, apply for, and win grants to support our research initiatives. 
• Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with key stakeholders: Dr. Matt, our co-founding vet to ensure that research initiatives align with product development; Data & Analytics to leverage insights and analyse studies; Customer Care for participant recruitment; and Marketing and Partnerships to showcase studies insight which demonstrate Lyka's value. 
• Research synthesis: Keep a keen eye on the latest advancements and studies outside of Lyka. Distil and integrate these findings into tangible insights, aiding in product development and work to underscore the value of a whole food diet in canine health and nutrition.

Administration and Documentation

• Ensure up to date electronic records of client/customer visits within systems
• Manage aspects of customers for optimum return to both customer and FleetPartners
• Ensure all system data is up to date and with relevant and ongoing information
• Ensure all customer meetings are completed with a follow up note within 24 hours outlining action points and summarising outcomes
• Ensure Strategic Reviews are completed for all Focus clients
• Responsibly and proactively manage all ad hoc responsibilities

Communication

• Ensure optimum communication across all clients
• Market the full range of products and services
• Use electronic diaries to effectively manage and communicate time
• Conduct regular client visits
• Complete Client visit Reports within 24 hours for all client visit activity
• Effectively respond to escalated customer queries in a timely manner
• Liaison with relevant Company HR/Finance personnel re execution of Novated Deeds
• Presenting employee education sessions with relevant companies
• Attend weekly team WIP meetings prepared with relevant useful information aimed at improving sales and customer relationships
• Provide ideas to National Manager Novated Relationships to ensure company always innovating and implementing best practice
• Work closely with all team members to provide the optimal service to our clients

• Tertiary qualifications in Sales and/or Marketing advantage
• Experience in Relationship Management/Account Management/Business Development role
• Novated Industry experience advantage
• Intermediate working knowledge and capability with Microsoft office especially Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel, in addition to other program experience and exposure
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Ability to report effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Comprehension of the company history, development and future objectives

About the role
The Security and Compliance Manager will have a “hands-on” role, governing the operations of the Security Operations Team, performing daily tasks and maintenance to security related systems, as necessary.  You will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing activities for the Security Operations Team. This position will include membership in the Konica Minolta Global Security Council and would represent the APAC region.

• Establish and maintain the Security Operations governance framework, ensuring alignment with Company Objectives
• Lead team resources and provide oversight in the onboarding of technical solutions for managed clients.
• Establish internal project scope and design workflow solutions for our clients while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire process.
• Understand and improve IT Weapons Design and Build standards
• Participate in IT Weapons training and recommended certification paths
• Be an escalation point for the Service Desk and other Consulting teams at IT Weapons
• Perform system audits
• Analyze security data and reports
• Maintain managed security solutions (SIEM, AV, Firewalls, Anti-SPAM, Vulnerability Management tools)
• Perform security assessments
• Be available to assist team members 24/7 - on call based on rotating team schedule
• Be able to handle multiple assignments, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines
• Have proven client-facing skills developed in a professional environment
• Have experience interacting with project stakeholders and vendors
