We are searching for a seriously organised I.T. Manager to join the Bulletproof Sydney Studio to oversee and facilitate I.T. in our APAC region, as well as working as part of the global I.T. team at Bulletproof.
You will be working within one of the top independent global brand agencies, whose clients include world renowned brands, as well as smaller boutique clients. You’ll be an integral part of the team ensuring all facets of our IT Infrastructure runs smoothly.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your main duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing Bulletproof’s APAC I.T, sites, working alongside and supporting the global I.T. team.
- Reporting into the Global Head of I.T.
- Continuing the smooth, efficient and productive running of the agency's I.T. infrastructure from supporting singler users to network and server maintenance.
- Managing and maintaining Bulletproof various Networks, Servers and SaaS solutions.
- Managing IT budgets, forecasting, enforcing cost-effectiveness when purchasing new and replacement hardware and software.
- Managing and supporting I.T. employees along with the Global Head of I.T.
- Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems.
- Acting in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organisational policy.
- Preserving assets, information security and control structures.
- Supporting and assisting external agency locations remotely as required.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Support Skills
- Apple qualifications ACTC 10.10 or ACSP 11.
- Jamf qualifications 100/200/300 and above ideally.
- Essential experience of using and supporting Mac OS, applications, and end users within a studio environment.
- Desirable knowledge and understanding of: Apple Hardware, Mac OS and iOS supporting users with Adobe CC suite, Microsoft Office and Font Explorer/Monotype.
- The ability to use and configure Jamf Cloud, Adobe Admin Console, Microsoft 365, Miro, Mac OS X Server, Synology, UniFi and Sonicwall.
- Knowledge of PC and Windows 10 OS.
- Assisting the setup and running of meetings using Teams, Zoom and other VC software.
- AWS or Azure qualifications or a good understanding of Cloud hosting Platforms beneficial.
Additional Skills
- A credible knowledge of routing, networking and DNS TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN.
- Experience of Apple Remote Desktop, TeamViewer and command line.
- Understanding of printers and calibration helpful.
- General I.T. hardware skills: replacing; memory, hard drives and replacing server rack components.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
