About the opportunity
The Senior Manager - Workforce Planning and Insights reports to the Director - HR Performance, Workforce Planning, and Insights. The position is responsible for driving workforce outcomes through strategic workforce planning activities and analysing data to develop evidence-based workforce strategies. The role will establish and embed workforce planning frameworks across the University, lead research and people analytics projects, develop workforce strategies and provide tactical support to the Directors in the execution and monitoring of these initiatives. As a member of the HR leadership team the position is also responsible for developing effective relationships across the HR function, senior leadership and clients, working in partnership to support successful implementation of policies, strategies, processes, practices, and outcomes in support of the University?s strategic objectives.
