Purpose of the Role:
Union House Operations Pty Ltd trading as Union House is looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager. You play a crucial role in the smooth and exceptional operation of our dining room and service, acting as the vital link between our kitchen and front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Food & Beverage standard operating procedures for service consistency.
Provide hands-on F&B service support and oversee cash handling processes.
