We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team permanently. We have
offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra and can consider people in any of those
locations
About The Role
You will be working alongside a mixture of Developers, Engineers, Testers, Product owners and more, in one of Australia's largest financial institutions.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Business or relevant field, a vendor certificate or 5years+ relevant industry experience
- Lead scrums in achieving business outcomes
- Organise work into features, epics and stories
- Clearly define outcome scope and manage changes to scope
- Manage and track budgets
- Analyse and report on key risks and issues
- Monitor, track and report on progress.
- Manage dependencies across enterprise teams
-Plan key deliverables and deliver those accordingly.
- Drive project ceremonies to meet outcomes.
- Cost Management - Manage financials to ensure achievement and accurate capture of planned project costs;
- Breakdown of work streams, costs, benefits, timelines, resourcing requirements, risks and issues;
- Ensure Compliance with NAB project delivery methodology and standard
