Purpose of the Role:
Union House Operations Pty Ltd trading as Union House is looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager. You play a crucial role in the smooth and exceptional operation of our dining room and service, acting as the vital link between our kitchen and front-of-house team. Your responsibilities will include a variety of duties, from light admin tasks to hands-on service, ensuring our ethos of warmth and inclusion is reflected in every aspect of our operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Food & Beverage standard operating procedures for service consistency.
Provide hands-on F&B service support and oversee cash handling processes.
Uphold responsible service of alcohol standards and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of F&B areas.
Monitor customer service, coordinate bookings, suggest F&B improvements, and develop up-sell programs.
Supervise and train F&B staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and budget-aligned staffing.
Foster effective communication and teamwork, attend meetings and collaborate with key departments for seamless service.
Adhere to company Occupational Health and Safety policies, report unsafe practices, and perform duties aligned with position skills as required.

Skills and Qualifications:
Relevent Diploma or education level qualification.
Two years of full-time work experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated ability in supervising and training staff.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Commitment to high service standards and safety protocols.

Employment Conditions:
This is a Full-Time salary position under the terms of the Publican.Co Enterprise Agreement 2023/2024.

Remuneration:
At Union House, we recognise and reward our team's dedication and hard work. Our remuneration package includes:
Starting Salary $70,000pa - $75,000pa
Entitlements to annual leave and personal leave as per FairWork
Access to our Health & Wellbeing Program.
Additional Parental Leave options to support our team members on their personal journeys.
